Contemporary REDS is established (REDS was originally founded in 1918 as “A. Cambas
Wineries, Industrial, Commercial, Property & Tourism Company S.A.”).
Completion of Veso Mare – Patras, one of the first retail and entertainment centers in Greece. Completion of the first of five listed university buildings – renovated and sub-leased by REDS on behalf of Diethnis Alki A.E.
Completion of the Motorway Service Stations at Motopolis Mesogeia – a mixed project on the Attiki Odos Motorway. Veso Mare receives top five status accreditation at the Leisure Property Awards – Best Continental Europe Leisure Project.
Veso Mare receives an ICSC International Design Award. Completion of Escape Center, REDS second retail and entertainment center in Ilion, northwest Athens.
The residential estate “Lofos Edison”, is used as a “Media Village” during the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. The Escape Center receives finalist status at the ICSC Design Awards.
Completion of Lofos Edison – sales of up to eight homes per month. REDS acquires 50% of “3G S.A. Construction, Planning and Tourist Projects Development”.
Lofos Edison is acclaimed as one of the top three residential estates at The Mipim Awards.
REDS enters the Romanian market.
Completion of Residential project Ampelia Kantza. REDS S.A. announces its 19, 5% participation in the share capital of the company “Piraeus Metropolitan Center S.A.” which – through a concession agreement will develop and operate the new Exhibition / Conference and Cruise Center at premises of the Piraeus Port.
Completion and operation of Smart Park, the first and largest Retail Park in Greece situated in Spata.
Completion and operation of Smart Park’s extension of 15.000m2 – REDS’ team, led a successful bid for the Alimos Marina Concession. Alimos Marina is the largest Marina in Greece. – Smart Park declared by ICSC as one of the best Shopping Centers in Europe
-Alimos Marina 40 year Concession begun.
-REDS acquired Gournes plot in Crete, after winning a competition held by HRADF (Hellenic Republic Asset Development)
